OFFICIAL RULES

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win.
  2. To enter and purchase a magazine just follow magazine order instructions on the website. Everyone who places an order on the Redrocks Magazine Cooperative website by 12/31/10 will be entered in the drawing.
  3. To enter without making a purchase click on the appropriate entry link on the homepage of The Redrocks Magazine Cooperative website.
  4. Sweepstakes is being sponsored by Circulation Specialists, Inc.
  5. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify and/or win.
  6. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of qualified entries received.
  7. Prize: One (1) Optibike USV valued at $4,950.
  8. No cash substitution will be available.
  9. Winner shall be solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and duties, including any Federal, State and local taxes.
  10. Employees of Circulation Specialists, Inc.or Optibike LLC, its affliates, agents and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  11. Winner shall execute an affidavit of elegibility and release which must be completed within 14 days or an alternate winner will be selected.
  12. Limit one entry per person.
  13. Contest winners agree to have their name and likeness used in advertising relating to the contest without additional compensation (except where prohibited).
  14. Sweepstakes sponsor makes no warranties regarding the safety, condition or fitness of any prize awarded and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner through use of any awarded prize.
  15. Not responsible for lost entries or malfunction of computer networks, databases or websites.
  16. Entries must be received by midnight on 12/31/10 to be eligible to win. Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 1/1/2011.
  17. Void where prohibited. All Federal, State and local laws apply.
